Ozee currently supports two of the most popular cloud providers, Azure and AWS. We are actively working on adding support for Google Cloud Platform (GCP), which will be available soon.

The platform you build with Ozee is based on the Cloud Vendor's best practices, tools and security standards. We establish baselines based on these practices, and show the effective state of these controls, together with any you add. For Business Plans we offer benchmarking against industry standards such as CIS, NIST and ISO:27001
Can I connect Ozee to my existing Cloud Environments
Absolutely, but bear in mind that currently we are only able to control / manage workloads we've provisioned. You can however, if you choose, include your other resources in reporting and information views.
What kind of customer support does Ozee provide?
Our systems have robust automated reporting of issues in the platform and currently, we offer several ways to get in touch with us, including our Discord channel, and the ability to report issues directly through our platform. Our support team is small, but we do our best to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible during business hours. Please note that our support team is not 24/7 at the moment, but we do have plans to expand our team in the future to provide more comprehensive support. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Can we try Ozee before committing to a subscription?
Absolutely! We understand the importance of trying out a platform engineering tool before committing to a subscription.
